WATERTITE POLY is a two-component, cement-based, acrylic and fiber-reinforced waterproofing layer. Designed for use on decks, balconies, and terraces, it provides a UV-resistant, flexible base for tiling and effective positive-side waterproofing.
Product Composition
- 20 kg Dry Mix
- 10 kg Liquid Additive
- Can be thinned with up to 10% water as needed

Application
- Mix both components thoroughly using a low-speed mixer until smooth
- Apply with trowel, squeegee, or brush in 2–3 mm thickness
- Multiple coats recommended, applied in cross-directions
- Use fiber mesh between layers for reinforcement
- Open Time: 30 minutes
- Application Temp: 8°C – 30°C
- Curing Time: 7 days at 20–30°C

- Wet Rooms: 2.5–3 kg/m² (2 coats)
- Terraces, Pools, Water Tanks: 3.5–4 kg/m² (2 coats)
Storage
12 months in dry conditions in unopened packaging.
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of contaminants
- Repair cracks, holes, and surface defects prior to application

- Warning: May cause skin, eye, or respiratory irritation
- Precautions: Wear eye protection, gloves, and a respirator
- First Aid: Rinse skin or eyes with water; seek medical attention if needed
- Spills/Leaks: Avoid release into drains; maintain a clean workspace
- Disposal: Dispose according to local regulations
- Manual Handling: Use team lifting and back supports to prevent injury
